5 Food Tips for Healthy Body

How many hours should do fast every day: Nowadays there is talk of intermittent fasting. It is already said in Ayurveda that every day a gap of 12 to 16 hours should be kept between dinner and the first meal of the next morning. During this time the body repairs itself. All the systems of the body remain in relaxed mode.
How many steps should be taken after dinner: Not only after dinner but also after breakfast and lunch, walk 100 steps at a normal pace.
Eating with the Sun: Our meal should start after sunrise and end before sunset. It should be done every 3 hours, but there should not be a gap of more than 6 hours.
These 5 things have to be taken every day: Green rice, Pulses (mongo dal), Gooseberry (amla), raisins/dry grapes, and honey should be taken. Every person, pregnant patient, or child can take it. Still, if you have any problem then definitely take the help of a physician, doctor, or dietician.
Rainbow Diet: We must include all 7 colored food items in our diet every day or at least 2 to 3 days a week. Due to this, there is no deficiency of minerals, etc. in our body.
