He will show us many houses and one may get confused about making a choice. One good idea is to take a digital camera and photograph the houses. The photographs may be reviewed at home for making the correct choice. Alternately professional’s help should be taken for inspection of the house. Finance could be arranged by pre approved or pre qualified mortgage of the house.

Initially seller makes an agreement to sell the house and the buyer deposits some money with him. On the closing day the buyer makes the full payment and obtains the key of the house and gets ownership of the house transferred in his name.
