Inbound Process generates high customer satisfaction

Call Center customer services are based on two types of calls including Inbound and Outbound calls. They are categorized according to incoming and outgoing calls from call center, respectively.

Inbound Calls When customer calls for information on certain products, then it is termed as inbound calls. Companies sell their products through proper channels. Customers are not always aware of complexities of products and want to get more information on products. Therefore, they make calls to Companies to obtain information, report an error, a technical support or for any other specific purpose. These calls need to be answered intelligently and appropriately to satisfy the customers.
